The leader of the Church of God Revival Conference, the apostle Dr. Ernest Narh Adulai, donated 200,000 GH worth of medical consumables and supplies to the Hoho City Hospital in Hoho City, Walter Region.

The donation to the designated Walter Regional Hospital is to commemorate Pastor Adulai’s 40 years in the gospel ministry, winning souls and changing lives under his jurisdiction.

These items include consumables for theaters, anesthesiology, ENT, physiotherapy, laboratories, wards and other departments.

These items include gowns, straws, catheters, surgeon scissors, diathermy pens, surgical nails, staple removers, laryngoscope blades, ECG electrodes, SPO2 probes, EMA, ETT, mouth plugs, and BP cuffs.

Others include suction catheters, pill biscuits, wound dressing packs, bandages, ear washes, speculum, ear flaps, physical therapy walkers, straws, specimen blocks, nebulizers, oxygen respirators, lancets, orthopedics Shoes and gloves.

After the preaching, the apostle Dr. Ernest Nah Adulay told the media that this donation was to help the society and to honor the Lord's blessing and guidance during his 40-year service life.

According to him, when he first moved to Hoho to set up a branch for the Assembly of God, he had to live with friends and organize church services in the classroom.

"For those of you who know, I sleep in other people’s houses, walk into classrooms and other things. So this is the place the Lord has brought us. Through this message of God, we have cultivated doctors, nurses, and great Teachers, they won awards and many media people", he said.

"Considering all the goodness of the Lord, we feel that we must do something to help the society and then glorify the Lord," he added.

The apostle Dr. Adulai stated that the church aims to support other medical institutions in the area through logistics and consumables to enhance service delivery.

He urged other stakeholders and the Hohoe native among the diaspora to “go home and help develop the hospital and Gbi state”.

He also urged young people to trust in God and make a greater change in their lives.

Charles Torkornoo, the administrative director of Hoho Municipal Hospital, described the donation as "destined by God," indicating that the items came at the right time.

"We are overwhelmed by the donation provided. We are particularly happy because it came at the right time. We all know the challenges faced by Covid and the logistics issues needed to provide healthcare," he said.

Gbi Wegbe District Mayor Togbe Keh XII expressed his appreciation for the apostle’s gesture and added that the initiative shows that the apostle has identified with the Hohoe community and is committed to the common interests of the Gbi traditional area.

He also acknowledged the minister’s zeal to win souls for Christ and change young people who might find themselves involved in social vices.
