WEDNESDAY: Roasted chicken quarter, cornbread dressing, zucchini, chocolate chip cookie.
THURSDAY: Pork roast, candied sweet potatoes, Brussel sprouts, dump cake.
FRIDAY: Chicken gumbo, white rice, turnip greens, honey cornbread.
